Crostini with paprika and mozzarella
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, minced beef, dried Italian herbs, roasted peppers (from pots, in small pieces), crostini, minimozzarella (cheese) and basil.

Heat the grill element of the oven. Bake the minced meat. Add Italian herbs, paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper during baking.

Spread the crostini on a baking tin. Divide the minced meat over the crostini. Put a mini-panarella on it. Slide the baking sheet into the oven 10 cm under the grill and let the cheese melt. Garnish with a leaf of basil.
