Crostini with pate and sweet onion
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, sweet onions (in rings), bread (pavé campagnard), olive oil, cream pâté, dry white wine and garlic (pressed).

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the onion and cook on a high heat. Turn down the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the bread into 8 slices and halve them in width. Brush them thinly with the oil and roast them in the top of the oven for about 6 minutes until golden brown. Turn halfway. Allow to cool.

Meanwhile, stir in the pâté with the wine and the garlic. Spread the crostini generously with the pâté. Serve the onion. Sprinkle with pepper. Delicious with chopped flat parsley.
