Shrimps wrapped with mie
A nice thai recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, scampi (frozen, bag of 500 g), vinegar, sugar, cucumber, red pepper, Thai fish sauce, egg noodles and oil for frying.

Scampi in the bag according to the instructions for use.

Heat vinegar in a microwave or saucepan, stirring sugar into it while stirring (do not breathe in cooking air, it causes a burning sensation).

Cucumber and red pepper halve in length, remove from seeds and cut into very small cubes.

Mix cucumber, pepper, fish sauce and sweetened vinegar in a bowl.

Pour over with boiling water in bowl and leave to stand for 2 minutes until noodles come apart.

Drain in sieve under cold water and allow to drain.

Fritter oil.

Thawed scampi, but leave a little tail.

Scampi pat dry, stick with the tail and loosely wrap around with some mied wires.

Scampi in two portions in 2-3 min.

Golden brown and cooked through.

Drain on kitchen paper and serve with fresh cucumber sauce..
