Crispy sesame shrimp with mango mint chutney
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, mango chutney (jar 340 g), fresh mint ((15 g dish), leaves chopped), flour, egg, breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, fresh, cocktail shrimp (a 125 g), lemon juice and oil to fry.

Let the chutney smooth in the food processor.

Mix in the fresh mint.

Heat the oil to approx.

Sprinkle the flour into a deep plate.

Beat the egg with a dash of water.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds in a deep plate.

Drizzle the shrimp with lemon juice.

Roll the shrimp first through the flour and then through the egg.

Roll the shrimp through the breadcrumbs-sesame mixture, so that a firm crust is formed.

Fry each time a number of shrimps are golden brown in about 1 minute.
