Paters with mustard and egg
A tasty French recipe. The snack is made with the following ingredients: meat, eggs, white-casino bread, fresh chives, pâté naturel, fresh cream cheese and coarse mustard.

Boil eggs for about 10 minutes, rinse under cold water, peel and finely chop.

Cut crusts of bread with a bread knife.

Roll rolls with rolling pin.

Chives above finely chop and mix with minced egg.

Mix and smooth in bowl of pâté and cheese.

Place bread slices per 2 in length one after the other, and press the ends together.

Spread bread slices with mustard.
-
Then spread the layer of pâté mixture and sprinkle with egg-chive mixture.

Roll up the bread slices and place them in a refrigerator in plastic foil.

Cut rolls with electric knife or bread knife into slanted slices of approx.

1 cm.
