Nachos with cheese and coriander
Mexican nachos; tortilla chips with cheese, crème fraîche, tomato, fresh coriander and jalopeñopeper.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Slice the red onion in rings and jalopeño slices. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut the flesh into small cubes.

Grease a low oven dish. Divide the chips over the oven dish.

Scoop the crème fraîche on it, divide onion rings, diced tomatoes and jalapeñopepers. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put the nachos in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese has melted. Sprinkle the coriander over the nachos.
