Ginger jam with mango
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: mango, ginger jam (450 g pot), white wine vinegar, sambalee and fresh coriander (15 g container).

Cut the mango into small cubes.

Mix the ginger jam with wine vinegar and sambal.

Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with fresh coriander. Delicious on a cracker with a slice of Gouda aged 30 cheese.
