Directions

  1. Cut the mango into small cubes.
  2. Mix the ginger jam with wine vinegar and sambal.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with fresh coriander. Delicious on a cracker with a slice of Gouda aged 30 cheese.
