Prunes with bacon and balsamic vinegar
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, prunes, smoked bacon (packet of 125 g), lemon (scrubbed and peeled grated) and balsamic vinegar (bottle 250 ml).

Remove the kernel of 8 plums and try to leave the halves together.

Wrap 1 slice of smoked bacon every plum.

Insert a cocktail stick.

Fry the plums for about 4 minutes on the barbecue or in a grill pan.

Drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar, lemon zest and pepper and salt to taste..
