Potato souffle with gruyere
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: mashed potatoes (with butter (a 450 g bake, chilled)), gruyere ((cheese), grated), egg (beaten) and luxury caterer cups (puff pastry trays).

Put the mashed potatoes covered for 1 minute in the microwave (1000 watts).

Mix the cheese with the puree and put it covered for 1 min.

In the microwave (1000 watts).

Stir until the cheese is melted.

Allow to cool for 1 minute and mix in the egg.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Divide the puree over the cups.

Bake for about 12 minutes on a baking tray in the oven.

Serve immediately..
