Potato souffle with gruyere


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: mashed potatoes (with butter (a 450 g bake, chilled)), gruyere ((cheese), grated), egg (beaten) and luxury caterer cups (puff pastry trays).

Directions

  1. Put the mashed potatoes covered for 1 minute in the microwave (1000 watts).
  2. Mix the cheese with the puree and put it covered for 1 min.
  3. In the microwave (1000 watts).
  4. Stir until the cheese is melted.
  5. Allow to cool for 1 minute and mix in the egg.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  7. Divide the puree over the cups.
  8. Bake for about 12 minutes on a baking tray in the oven.
  9. Serve immediately..
