Lowcarb sushi


Sushi with cauliflower rice, kewpie mayonnaise, wasabi, carrot, tuna, sushi ginger and soybeans.

Directions

  1. Mix the cauliflower rice with the mayonnaise and the wasabi.
  2. Cut the carrots into strips of approx. 3 mm thick.
  3. Cut the tuna into strips of about ½ inch thick.
  4. Divide the cauliflower rice into 5 portions. Divide each portion into an even layer over 1 nori sheet. Leave 2-3 cm at the top.
  5. Divide the carrots, tuna and soya beans into 5 portions and divide the cauliflower rice in the middle. Put a few slices of sushi ginger on it.
  6. Roll up each sushi roll tightly using the sushi mat. Use some water to seal the roll.
  7. Cut 1-2 cm from the sides of the rolls. This is not used. Cut each roll into 6 equal pieces. Serve with the soy sauce.
