Sushi with cauliflower rice, kewpie mayonnaise, wasabi, carrot, tuna, sushi ginger and soybeans.

Mix the cauliflower rice with the mayonnaise and the wasabi.

Cut the carrots into strips of approx. 3 mm thick.

Cut the tuna into strips of about ½ inch thick.

Divide the cauliflower rice into 5 portions. Divide each portion into an even layer over 1 nori sheet. Leave 2-3 cm at the top.

Divide the carrots, tuna and soya beans into 5 portions and divide the cauliflower rice in the middle. Put a few slices of sushi ginger on it.

Roll up each sushi roll tightly using the sushi mat. Use some water to seal the roll.

Cut 1-2 cm from the sides of the rolls. This is not used. Cut each roll into 6 equal pieces. Serve with the soy sauce.
