Filorolletjes with white cheese cubes
A nice Turkish recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: filo puff pastry (frozen, pack a 225 g), white cheese cubes, fresh parsley, fresh dill, egg, small and oil for deep frying.

Thaw the filo pastry in the order of 2 hours and 15 minutes in advance. Prepare the cheese cubes with a fork. Parsley and dill finely chop and mix with cheese cubes. Separate protein and egg yolk above two bowls. Mix egg yolk with cheese cubes. Place filo dough on kitchen counter and cut diagonally. Cut triangles in half so that 8 triangles are cut from each sheet. On a wide part of triangle, create approx. 2 teaspoons of cheese filling. Cut sides of triangle over filling inwards and roll up triangles to tip. Spread the tip with protein and stick it. Put the rolls side by side and keep them covered with a moist tea towel until use.

Fry oil in deep frying pan to approx. 180 ºC. Roll with approx. 8 browns in approx. 3 minutes. Roll out rolls on kitchen paper. Serve warm with a cup of tea or as a mezze.
