A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, houmous (chickpea paste, tray of 200 g), grated orange peel, fresh chives (chopped), wraptortilla (pack of 4), carrot (grated), dried apricots ((bag a 375 g) , in strips) and smoked chicken fillet (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Mix the houmous with the orange zest and season with the chives.
  2. Spread the wrap with the houmous mixture.
  3. Divide the carrot, apricots and chicken over it and roll up the wrap a little.
  4. Fold the sides inwards and roll it up completely.
  5. Stick the wrap with a cocktail stick..
