Garlic chilli shrimps in small glasses
A tasty Spanish recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, radicchio (or leaves radicchio), lime, garlic, red pepper, olive oil and cocktail shrimp (125 g).

Dry the red leaf and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Cut off 6 slices of lime.

Cut slices on one side to the middle.

Garlic peel and halve cloves.

Pepper, halve and remove seeds.

Cut pepper into wafer-thin strips.

Heat oil in small saucepan.
-
Add garlic and heat on low heat for approx.

1 minute without coloring.
-
Add strips of pepper and shrimps and heat for approx.
-
1 minute.
-
Sprinkle with (little) salt.
-
Remove pieces of garlic from the pan.

Place leaves of red chic in glasses.
-
Divide shrimps and pepper strips over glass.
-
Pour garlic oil over it.
-
Place slices of lime on the edge of glasses.

Serve immediately..
