Chinese bite of duck breast fillet with mandarin jus
A nice Chinese recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, duck breast fillet (about 200 g), Chinese herbs (five spices), mandarins (without seeds, eg clementines), light soy sauce and watercress (bag of 75 g).

Cut with sharp knife diamond pattern in skin side of duck breast fillet.

Dust the meat side with five spice powder, salt and pepper.

Allow meat to reach room temperature.

2 Squeeze mandarins.

Peel 2 other mandarins and cut segments between the fins with sharp knife.

Fry non-stick frying pan over medium heat and fry fillet on sheet flap for 4-5 minutes to melt fat.

Turn over the fillet and bake for 3-4 minutes until meat is rosé.

Place the fillet on the cutting board under aluminum foil and leave to rest for 4 minutes.

Remove baking fat, put frying pan back on fire and pour in mandarin juice and soy sauce.

Bury stir-flames on high heat.

Place spoons on plate or tray.

Slices duck breast fillet in 16 thin slices.

Place a few leaves of watercress in each spoon, two slices of duck breast and some wedges of mandarin.

Drain mandarin jus and serve snacks directly..
