                            Sausage rolls with shiitake
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh ginger (approx. 3 cm, peeled), sunflower oil, shiitake ((mushrooms, 100 g), finely chopped), spring onions (3 pieces), in rings), oyster sauce (bottle 250) ml), soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), pork fillets (2 pieces, approx. 280 g), butter puff pastry ((frozen), thawed) and egg (beaten).

                    Ingredients
- 1 piece fresh ginger of approx. 3 cm, peeled
- 2 el sunflower oil
- 1 dish shiitake (mushrooms, 100 g), finely chopped
- 1 bag bunch onion (3 pieces), in rings
- 3 el Oyster sauce bottle of 250 ml
- 1 el soy sauce bottle of 250 ml
- 1 Scale pork fillets 2 pieces, approx. 280 g
- 6 slices buttered puff pastry (frozen), thawed
- 1 egg beaten

                    Directions
- 
                                Slice the ginger very finely. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the ginger, the shiitake and the spring onions for 2 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly. Add the oyster sauce and the soy sauce and leave on low heat for 5 minutes. Season with pepper and let cool for about 15 minutes.
- 
                                Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Cut the fillet pieces into pieces and cut into minced meat in the food processor. Mix with the cooled shiite mixture.
- 
                                Spread the puff pastry over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Divide the minced meat into 6 portions. Place each portion in the form of a sausage slightly off the edge of each slice of puff pastry. Brush the dough with egg and fold the sausage rolls close. Press the edges with a fork. Also brush the top with egg. Make 3 notches on the top of each bun with a knife and bake until golden brown in about 25 minutes. Cut the rolls into 4 pieces and serve hot or cold. Delicious with sweet chili sauce.
