Delicious Dutch snack for the drinks, with smoked meat, cream cheese and chives.

Cut the chives into 5 cm pieces.

Cut the cream cheese into slices, halve the slices.

Put a layer of chives on a slice of smoked meat first, then a slice of cream cheese, then a layer of chives. Sprinkle generously with pepper.

Fold the sides of the smokestick inwards and roll the roll up tightly.
