Cocktail shrimp with spicy salsa
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, filo puff pastry ((frozen, a 225 g), thawed), cocktail shrimp (125 g), kiwi-mango salad, red pepper (finely chopped), shallot (finely chopped), tomato puree (tube) and oil.

4 Paste each filo dough into 5 strips.

To roll each shrimp 1 bar.

Store in a refrigerator until used.

In the meantime, cut fruit very finely and put it into a bowl.

Mix in red pepper, shallot and tomato paste (= salsa).

Heat oil in wok or frying pan.

Cook shrimps golden brown in 1 to 2 minutes.

Let it drain on kitchen paper.

Serve immediately with salsa to dip prawns..
