Ingredients
Directions
-
Add the buttermilk, onion, garlic, sugar, black pepper, cayenne pepper and salt to the bar mixer and puree into a marinade.
-
Cut the chicken dumplings into 3 pieces each and divide the marinade over it.
-
Cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to 1 night.
-
Mix together the rest of the salt, the flour, garlic powder, the rest of the pepper and the paprika.
-
Remove the chicken from the marinade and drain in a colander on a plate. Roll the chicken through the flour mixture.
-
Divide the chicken over a large flat plate, making sure that the pieces do not overlap.
-
Leave to dry for 1 hour in the refrigerator. This will give you a better crust.
-
Heat the oil to 170 ° C and deep-fry the chicken in parts for approx. 8-10 minutes.
