A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, white bread, milk, minced beef, dried herbs from Provence, olive oil, red onion and red peppers.

Soak the slice of white bread in the milk.

Add the mince, the Provençal herbs, pepper and salt.

Knead the mince and turn 16 balls.

Heat the oil and fry the balls i.v.

Fry the onion 2 minutes in the shortening.

This gives it more flavor on the barbecue.

Baste around each satéstick about 2 balls, 1 part onion and 2 pieces of pepper.

Grill the sticks for 4 minutes on the barbecue.
