Empanadillas with mushrooms and shrimps
A tasty Spanish recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, puff pastry (frozen), egg, mushroom melange, oil, pink shrimp and egg white.

Puff pastry in about 10 minutes to defrost.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas oven 4.

Boil in approx.

Clean mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in frying pan and cook mushrooms on high heat and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the shrimps roughly, add them and briefly fry them.

Mix mixture out of pan and allow to cool.

Rinse the egg under cold water, peel and finely chop.

Stir in the egg mixture.

Spread 4 circles from each piece of dough using a glass slide.

Spread egg and mushroom mixture over slices.

Fold dough and press with fork.

Protein the egg whites and cover the dough.

Empanadillas in the middle of oven in approx.
