Meatballs with mint sauce


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, couscous, minced lamb (or minced beef), onion (finely chopped), parsley (finely chopped), salt and (freshly ground) pepper, (olive) oil, cucumber, garlic sauce and fresh mint (in fine strips) .

Directions

  1. In bowl couscous, let 1/2 of warm water for about 6 minutes.
  2. Combine minced beef, couscous, onion, parsley, salt and pepper and form into 16 balls.
  3. Heat frying oil and meatballs in approx.
  4. 8-10 minutes around golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Cut cucumber into quarters, remove seeds and cut cucumber into small cubes.
  6. Stir in garlic sauce, cucumber cubes and fresh mint until creamy mint sauce.
  7. Serving meatballs hot or cold with mint sauce..
