Meatballs with mint sauce
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, couscous, minced lamb (or minced beef), onion (finely chopped), parsley (finely chopped), salt and (freshly ground) pepper, (olive) oil, cucumber, garlic sauce and fresh mint (in fine strips) .

In bowl couscous, let 1/2 of warm water for about 6 minutes.

Combine minced beef, couscous, onion, parsley, salt and pepper and form into 16 balls.

Heat frying oil and meatballs in approx.
-
8-10 minutes around golden brown and cooked through.

Cut cucumber into quarters, remove seeds and cut cucumber into small cubes.
-
Stir in garlic sauce, cucumber cubes and fresh mint until creamy mint sauce.

Serving meatballs hot or cold with mint sauce..
