Hare fillet medallions with forest fruit sauce
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, hare fillets, red wine, forest fruit jam, dried thyme, freshly ground black pepper and butter.

Cut hare fillets into slices of 2-3 cm thick and place slices on a scale. In a jug mix red wine with jam, thyme and generous black pepper.

Fry butter in a pan and cook 2-3 slices of hare fillet in 3-5 min. Brown and on the inside rosé, halfway turning. Place the meat on the plate and whip out the cooking fat with a generous amount of red wine mixture. Bury stir-frying and allow to simmer for a short while. Create gravy over meat.
