American ham with spicy fruit compote


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, shallot, garlic, red pepper, apples (Jonagold), nectarines, white seedless grapes, butter, lemon juice, salt, American marinated ham (about 700 g) and peeled pistachio nuts.

Directions

  1. Chop and shred scallop and garlic. Pepper cleaning and cutting. Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut them into cubes. Nectarines wash, stain and cut into cubes. Washing grapes. Heat butter in frying pan and cook shallot, garlic and pepper for 1 minute. Add apple, nectarine, grapes and lemon juice and heat thoroughly for approx. 1 minute. Season the flavor with salt.
  2. Prepare American marinated ham according to instructions on the packaging and cut into slices of approx. 1/2 cm thick. Place slices of ham in circle on a roof tile and arrange compote in the middle. Roast the pistachios coarsely and sprinkle over ham.
