A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, ground cumin (djinten), ground coriander (ketoembar), garlic (pressed), red pepper (finely chopped), dark caster sugar, Thai fish sauce, limes (pressed), oil, chicken fillet (in thin slices), pork tenderloin (in slices), steak (diced), peanuts (ground beef), satay sauce (hot, 350 g) and coconut milk.

Directions

  1. In the bowl, stir in cumin, coriander, garlic, red pepper, sugar, fish sauce, 2 tbsp lime juice and oil to marinade. Baste meat by variety to satésticks, place in flat bowl and pour marinade over it. Marinate meat for at least 1 hour. Peanut shortly to roast peanuts in a dry skillet. Prepare satay sauce according to instructions with coconut milk, water and lime juice. Peanut stirring.
  2. Take saté from marinade and let it drain. Heat the satay sauce gently again. Heat up the grill pan. Sautéed portions in roasting and keeping warm: chicken and pork satay in 3-4 min. Brown and cooked grilling, saté of steak 1 min. Per side grilling so that meat inside is still rosé. Serve satay sauce separately.
