Cut each tomato from the side of the crown into 4 parts, but cut in only ⅔.

Carefully remove the seed lists with a small sharp blade. Save the seed lists, which you will need later on. Slice the garlic.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the mince with the garlic, tomato seed and cumin for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Fill the tomatoes with the minced meat mixture and serve with the sour cream and cheese.
