Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Slice the garlic, parsley and pepperoni. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the pepperoni until crispy.
-
Add the garlic and parsley and heat for 1 more minute. Remove the pan from the heat and mix it through.
-
Form of aluminum foil 12 flat plugs and lay them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
-
Open the oysters. Put each time an oyster with the convex side down in a tea towel. Hold the flat side up and the hinge towards you.
-
Insert the oyster knife out of the box into the hinge and pry open. Then cut off the sphincter by scraping along the flat side with the knife.
-
Open the shell and remove any grit. Cut the oyster at the bottom of the shell. Leave a maximum of ½ t of liquid in the shell.
-
Place each oyster on a piece of aluminum foil so that they do not tip over and stay well.
-
Spread the pepperoni over the oysters and bake for about 6 minutes in the oven.
-
Cut the lemons into wedges. Place the oysters on a large scale and place the lemon wedges in between. Yummy! .
