Spanish trio snack with garlic sauce
A tasty Spanish recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, sugar snaps (cleaned), salt, shallot (chopped), garlic dressing (100 ml), marinated artichoke hearts (from pot), CampofrioSelecciones (chorizo, lomo salchicion, gran serranno) and green olives (filled with almonds or allspice).

Sugar snaps in pan with plenty of boiling water with a little salt in approx.

Cook until crispy.

Rinse in sieve under cold running water and allow to cool.

Sprinkle shallot and garlic dressing in a bowl.

Halve artichoke hearts and drain on kitchen paper.

Sprinkle slices of serrano ham and fold sides to center.

Lay a sugar snap on each slice and roll up slices of ham.
-
Fold chorizo slices in four and prick them with olive and cocktail stick.

Unfold slices of lomo and fold one side to the middle.
-
Place a piece of artichoke on it and stick it with a cocktail stick.

Place dish with garlic sauce on a large scale and place meat dishes next to it..
