Meatballs with eggs
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, chicken eggs, minced beef, mild Indian curry paste (pot), fresh coriander ((a 15 g), finely chopped), little gem (lettuce), breadcrumbs, egg (beaten) and (stir fry) oil.

Bring a large layer of water in a pan and put the eggs in it.

Boil the eggs almost hard in 4-6 minutes.

Put them in a colander and rinse them with cold water.

Peel the eggs.

Mix the mince with the curry paste, 2 teaspoons of salt, the breadcrumbs, half of the beaten egg (the rest of this egg is not used) and the coriander.

Knead everything well until the mince is smooth.

Divide the minced meat into 8 equal portions.

Push chopped eggs into each portion and shape the mince around the egg into a smooth ball.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in brown and cooked for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the head of lettuce into very fine strips and spread them over a bowl.

Put the meatballs on it..
