Crostini with fish tapenade
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, shallot, garlic, fresh Provençal herbs, green olives (with garlic (350 g)), tuna in oil (185 g), anchovy fillets (48 g), tomato paste, olive oil, cayenne pepper and baguettes ( bread).

Shred the shallots and garlic and finely chop in a food processor. Take herbs from twigs. Add olives and herbs to shallot mixture and mix briefly. Allow tuna and anchovies to drain and add to mixture and turn into smooth mixture with tomato paste and olive oil. Season with cayenne pepper.

Cut baguettes into 32 slices. Tapenade with baguette slices serve.
