Ingredients
Directions
-
Knead the minced meat well with the other ingredients and add a good pinch of salt.
-
Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and push the minced meat evenly so that a large meatball is created.
-
Bake for a few minutes at a high setting and then turn down the heat source.
-
Place a lid or plate on the pan and let the minced meat cook for about 15 minutes.
-
In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the salad and allow to taste at room temperature.
-
Turn the minced meat over with the help of the plate (watch out for wicking out moisture, do not do this over the stove) and let slip into the pan on the other side.
-
Bake for a few minutes at a high setting.
-
Cut the mince into pieces and serve with the salad.
