Put the carrot-orange-ginger juice in a tall cup, add 1 peeled banana and puree with the hand blender to form a smoothie.

Put the beetroot apple juice and the honey in the other tall cup and mix briefly.

First divide the carrot smoothness into half of the ice cream shapes. Then carefully pour the beet juice.

Put the ice cream in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
