Vegetarian wontons
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: filo puff pastry (frozen), winter carrot, red pepper, fresh-currant (15 g), spring onions, tofu stir-fry spicy spiced (200 g), (peanut) oil and salt and freshly ground pepper.

Let the filo pastry thaw according to instructions and cover with a damp tea towel.

Carrot peel and coarsely grate.

Pepper cleaning and chopping.

Chop coriander.

Brush onions and cut into very thin strips of 3 cm.

Chop cubes of tofu coarsely.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in woks and stir-fry red pepper, spring onion, carrot and tofu for about 3 minutes.

Create coriander through it.

Season with salt and pepper.

Let cool.

cover filo pastry with a damp tea towel.

Cut each slice of filo dough into strips in 3 long strips and cover with water.

Spread tofu filling on each strip at the bottom of 1 tablespoon.

Fold the dough piece diagonally over it, so that the triangle is formed.

Fold the triangle zigzag upwards, so that it is surrounded by filo dough.

Make other wontons in the same way.

Colander carpet with kitchen paper.

Heat in wok rest of oil until light vapor comes off.

Wontons bake until golden brown in approx.
