Japanese chicken skewers with prunes
A nice Japanese recipe. The snack is made with the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet, garlic, ginger root, soy sauce, honey, sherry and vegtable prunes (bag of 250 g).

Cut chicken fillet into cubes. Peel the garlic and press it out of the bowl. Peel the ginger root and grate over it. Stir in soy sauce, honey and sherry. Diced chicken cubes through marinade and marinate in refrigerator for approx. 3 hours. Let the chopsticks soak in the bowl with water. Plums cut in quarters.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting. Serve each and every satay stick alternately with cubes of chicken fillet and pieces of plum. Cover skewers with marinade, place on baking sheet and slide about 10 cm under hot grill. Skewers for about 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked, half-turn.
