Winter clafoutis with tuttifrutti
A tasty French recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: tutti frutti (violence), rum (or kirsch (slijter)), eggs, fine sugar, patent flour, butter (melted), crème fraîche, milk, cinnamon powder and powdered sugar.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Drizzle with rum and let the fruit stand for a moment.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar with the hand mixer to a cream-colored and creamy mixture. Add the flour and some salt while beating and mix in the butter, crème fraiche and milk.

Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish and spread over it. Place the dish on the grid, a ridge below the middle in the oven and fry the clafoutis in approx. 35 min. Until golden brown and done.

Dust the clafoutis directly from the oven with cinnamon and icing sugar and let it cool down until lukewarm. Sprinkle some icing sugar just before serving and serve the clafoutis in points.
