Directions

  1. Place a clean damp tea towel in a sieve and hang the sieve in a bowl. Spoon the yogurt into the tea towel, let the moisture run out to create a thick creamy mass.
  2. Put the yogurt in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably all night) to drain. Stir a bag of vanilla sugar through the whipped cream and whisk the cream.
  3. Gently fold the stiff whipped cream through the drained yogurt. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  4. Peel, halve the peaches and remove the kernel, divide the halves over the oven dish greased with butter.
  5. Cut the red grapes into small bunches and place them in the oven dish with the blackberries. Sprinkle 1 bag of vanilla sugar well over it.
  6. Bake the fruit in 20 minutes. Use a wet cold spoon to roll nice bread rolls from the heap and serve with the warm fruit.
  7. Drip fruit juice around the fruit and garnish with leaves of mint.
