Melon soup with lemon sorbet
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: galia melon, sweet white wine, orange liqueur (sugar), powdered sugar, lemon sorbet and raspberries (or red berries).
Halve melon, remove seeds and create flesh in a food processor.
Puree fruit flesh and add mixing wine and Marnier.
Melon soup may be diluted with about 1 dl of cold water and season with powdered sugar.
Let melon soup in refrigerator cool down for at least 1 hour.
Make melon soup in wide bowls.
In a medium-sized loaf of bread, make croissant sorbet.
Spread raspberries over soup..
