A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: galia melon, sweet white wine, orange liqueur (sugar), powdered sugar, lemon sorbet and raspberries (or red berries).

Directions

  1. Halve melon, remove seeds and create flesh in a food processor.
  2. Puree fruit flesh and add mixing wine and Marnier.
  3. Melon soup may be diluted with about 1 dl of cold water and season with powdered sugar.
  4. Let melon soup in refrigerator cool down for at least 1 hour.
  5. Make melon soup in wide bowls.
  6. In a medium-sized loaf of bread, make croissant sorbet.
  7. Spread raspberries over soup..
