Dessert of wheat grains, dried fruits and nuts
A nice Turkish recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: tarly (pack a 500 g), multigrain rice, raisins, ved apricots (bag of 200 g), dried figs, sugar, custard powder, milk, walnuts and pine nuts.

Tarly and rice cook thoroughly according to instructions for use. Meanwhile, soak raisins in 2 dl of hot water. Cut apricots into thin strips. 2 Cut figs into strips, others 2 into thin slices. In pan raisins with soft liquid, 3/4 part of apricots, strips of figs, Tarly and rice scoop together. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 2 minutes on low heat. Add sugar and let it roast while stirring. Custard powder with milk and add to Tarly. Blend the mixture with thickening. Take the pan of heat and allow asure to cool for about 2 hours, stirring regularly.

Chop minced walnuts. Spread the pine nuts in a light frying pan until lightly browned. Redo asure in scale. Sprinkle the rest of apricots, slices of figs, walnuts and pine nuts.
