Indian raita (yoghurt dip) with peas, ginger, mint, Greek yogurt, cumin and pineapple.

Put the peas in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Peel and grate the ginger in the meantime. Slice the mint leaves. Mix the yogurt with the cumin.

Cut the pineapple pieces finely and mix with half of the yoghurt mixture and all the ginger. If necessary, season with salt.

With a fork, peas the peas to a coarse mash and mix with the rest of the yoghurt mixture and the mint. If necessary, season with salt.
