Filamentous flourishes from the hot air fryer
Fresh spring rolls of filo pastry with noodles, carrots, leeks, cabbage and sambal from the airfryer.

Let the filo pastry thaw. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Bring the water to a boil.

Put the carrot julienne, leeks and cabbage in a large sieve or colander and pour the boiling water over it smoothly.

Let the vegetables drain and push out the moisture with the convex side of a spoon as much as possible.

Put in a bowl and mix in the noodles, soy sauce and sambal.

Take half of the filo dough sheets out of the package. Take 1 sheet and brush with sunflower oil using the baking brush.

Take one tenth of the vegetable mixture and place in an elongated stripe of 10 x 2 cm at the bottom of the sheet of dough.

Roll up the dough a bit, fold the sides inwards and roll up.

Remove the basket from the hot air fryer and place the spring roll in it. Make 4 spring rolls.

Preheat the hot air fryer to 180 ° C.

Put the basket with spring rolls in and fry in 10 min. Golden brown and crunchy.

Make another portion of 5 spring rolls.

Serve with the sweet chili sauce.
