Fried spinach with raisins and apricots
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil, red onion (in half rings), garlic (sliced), raisins, veded apricots ((bag 500 g), in pieces), spinach (600 g) and nutmeg.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add the garlic, raisins and apricots and cook for 2 minutes.

Add a handful of spinach and stir fry over a high heat until the spinach has shrunk.

Add another portion and continue until all spinach has shrunk.

Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg..
