Middle Eastern cheese balls with feta, nuts, mint, dill and pomegranate seeds.

Directions

  1. Mix the white cheese and cream cheese with a fork. Scoop in a bowl and cover. Let stiffen in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the almonds and pistachios and mix.
  3. Cut the mint leaves and dill finely and mix.
  4. Drain the pomegranate seeds and mix with the poppy seeds.
  5. Form with two dessert spoons 24 balls of the cheese mixture and roll by hand into nice round balls.
  6. Roll ⅓ of the balls through the nut mixture, ⅓ through the spice mixture and ⅓ through the pomegranate seeds with poppy seeds.
  7. Put the balls in the fridge for 30 minutes. Yummy! .
