Avocado mousse in tomato sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: avocado (ripe), lemon juice, guacamole (seasoning mix (bag of 20 g)), almond shavings (a 45 g), tomato sauce spiced (a 390 g) and coriander.
Halve the avocado and remove the kernel and the peel.
Puree the whole fruit in the food processor or with the hand blender with the lemon juice.
Stir in the seasoning mix.
Roast the almond shavings golden brown in a dry frying pan.
Fill the spoons for 1/3 with the Sugo herb sauce.
Pour in the avocado mousse and sprinkle the almond shavings over it.
Garnish the spoons with coriander leaves..
