Sauerkraut salad with smoked duck

Cut the crusts of the bread and roll the bread flat with a rolling pin.

Slice the bread diagonally and cut through the triangles that remain.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the bread in 5 min. Golden brown. Times regularly. Allow to cool on kitchen paper.

Press the moisture out of the sauerkraut and mix with the whipped cream and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the sauerkraut over the toast and place 2 rolled slices of duck breast fillet on each toast. Serve immediately. Bon appétit! .
