Directions

  1. Mix the flour, oil, yogurt, yeast, salt, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. Heat the milk until lukewarm and mix with a fork through the flour mixture.
  3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes by hand. Leave the dough covered for at least 1 hour in a warm place.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Make each piece a ball and roll on a floured sheet to a piece of 12 x 20 cm.
  5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Put a dough in it and bake it 2 min. Per side. Bubbles must be formed and the dough must turn brown. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
  6. Serve the bread with the 3 types of hummus.
