Beat the flour with the baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar, milk and the egg loosely in a measuring cup. Finally, tap in the banana and chocolate cubes.

Heat a small skillet with a non-stick coating until it is hot.

Brush the pan with a little oil and pour some of the batter into the pan.

Sprinkle the pancake with a layer of almond shavings and let it cook at medium height until the batter on the top is almost dry.

Turn the pancake over and bake the almond side nicely brown. Bake 7 small or 3 large pancakes.

Serve the pancake with the almond side upwards and sprinkle with icing sugar.
