A tasty French recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic, anchovies in oil (a 46 g), red wine vinegar, olive oil and pepper.

Anchovy fillets drain and cut into pieces.

Grind garlic, anchovies and vinegar in the food processor.

Add oil in thin stream.

Repeat anchoïade in bowl.
