Directions

  1. Garlic peel and halve.
  2. Anchovy fillets drain and cut into pieces.
  3. Grind garlic, anchovies and vinegar in the food processor.
  4. Add oil in thin stream.
  5. Repeat anchoïade in bowl.
  6. Season with pepper.
  7. Serve with toast or warm baguette..
