Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Mix the butter with 200 grams of sugar to an airy mass, then beat the egg one by one. Stir in 100 ml of crème fraîche and the flour. Divide the batter into 2 portions, scoop each portion into a pie dish and fry both halves of the pie in 35-40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool in the molds.
  2. Beat 200 ml of crème fraîche smooth with the icing sugar. Stir in the walnuts and spread the mixture over a (cooled) cake half. Place the other cake half on top.
  3. Put 50 grams of sugar, the cocoa and the flour in a pan, stir in the milk and bring it to the boil. Pour this mixture over the cake and spread it evenly.
