Put the apricots in a bowl, pour the orange liqueur on top, cover and leave for 12 hours outside the fridge.

Put the macaroons in a bowl, pour the almond liqueur on top, cover and leave for 12 hours outside the refrigerator.

Drain both and collect the moisture for later. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon.

Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan, add the pudding and cook over low heat for 4 minutes. Stir frequently.

Add the grater and butter. Let the butter melt, stir and remove from the heat.

Put the dessert sauce in a saucepan and add the remaining moisture of the apricots and macaroons.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

First divide the apricots and then some pudding over the glasses.

Cover with macaroons and add some pudding again.

Cover and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Divide the sauce and serve.
