A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: flour (sifted extra to dust), sugar, salt, butter (at room temperature and diced), eggs, whipped cream, white caster sugar, lime (scrubbed and grated) and limes (squeezed out).

Directions

  1. Knead together flour, sugar, salt, butter and 1 egg into a smooth dough.
  2. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for an hour in a cool place.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  4. Roll the dough on a floured countertop to 4 slices and cover the cake molds with it.
  5. Place a piece of parchment paper in each cake tin and fill it with the support filling.
  6. Bake the cake bottoms for 10 minutes in the oven.
  7. Remove the baking paper and the support filling.
  8. Whisk together the cream, 4 eggs, the sugar, the lime juice and the juice.
  9. Heat it already on low heat for 4-6 minutes until the lime mixture starts to solidify.
  10. Divide the mixture over the 4 tart tins and bake for another 15 minutes in the oven until done.
  11. Cool well.
  12. Delicious with whipped, unsweetened whipped cream and candied lime slices (see tip)..
