Goat cheese with grapes and walnuts
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: soft goat cheese (with crust (eg Bettine Blanc), 1 1/2 cm thick), seedless blue grapes (or green), walnuts (peeled, coarsely chopped), liquid (honey), freshly ground black pepper and baguette (sliced).

Place each slice of goat cheese on a piece of aluminum foil (25 cm). Put the grapes on top and sprinkle with the walnuts. Drip some honey and add pepper to taste. Fold the foil close to packages and store them in the refrigerator if necessary.

Place the packages with the folding seam on top of a less hot part of the barbecue (for example on the edge). Grill for 10-15 minutes until the cheese begins to melt, but still has its shape. Check whether it is not going too fast. Place each package on a plate and fold it open. Baptize slices of baguette in the cheese.
